Field Service

NexGrade Engineering’s team of technicians and engineers are ready and available to support operations, maintenance, and capital whenever required. All of our onsite personnel have been through facility and electrical safety training and are equipped to support customers on the ground. We can provide evaluations, troubleshooting, oversight, loop checking, and commissioning support.

We can also facilitate equipment testing to ensure reduced outages and increase production at your facilities. Testing can be both preventive or corrective depending on the situation.

Evaluation & Troubleshooting

Evaluating real-time conditions often necessitates visualizing equipment and processes in person. Our engineers and technicians are ready to mobilize to visually inspect and troubleshoot your systems or processes. Whether it be to evaluate a system for future upgrade or expansion or to troubleshoot issues that are causing reliability and optimization issues our team has the experience and skill necessary to support your operations.

Construction Management

Construction is one of the final phases of projects and one of the most critical to monitor in terms of completion, schedule, and cost. Our team has extensive experience managing all of those aspects to finish projects out on time and on budget.

Testing

Maintaining reliable operation and optimization often requires periodic preventive maintenance and testing. NexGrade Engineering can facilitate regular testing on systems and equipment to allowing operations to focus on their primary task and to have the peace of mind that systems will operate reliably.

Loop Checks

Prior to starting a process after either a new installation or major change is ensuring that all critical circuit, instrumentation and measurement have been properly installed and are operating per design. Our team can develop complete loop checking procedures and organize complete documentation for every loop in a system and then support checking each loop on site prior to commissioning.

Commissioning

Commissioning is one of the last phases of a project life-cycle and is critical to ensuring that systems are optimized for hand-off to operations. Our team knows what it takes to get systems up and running and how to ensure that all aspects of a system are fully operational.

NexGrade Engineering’s commissioning priorities is in starting system safely and ensuring that all sub systems have been carefully evaluated and documented as complete and ready. We can also preform a pre-startup-safety-review (PSSR) which checks with each project stakeholder and signs off every aspect of a project as being compete and ready prior to startup.

Turnarounds

A Turnaround is a critical time in a plant which budget and schedule are key to success. Our team has participated in numerous turnarounds and understands the expectations and demands of this scheduled maintenance period. Our team can support safely evaluating systems, testing, loop checks, and commissioning.
